EUROSTANDARD SpA, registered in Zona Industriale Lago n. 22 – Tesero (TN), registration number and VAT Code 00125780221 as the Controller of Personal Data pursuant to the applicable Italian Law on the protection of personal data (“National Law”) and the UE Regulation n. 2016/679 (“RGPD”) – hereinafter referred as “Applicable Law” – recognizes the importance of the personal data protection and considers its protection as one of the main objectives of its business.
Therefore we invite you to carefully read the “Privacy Policy” as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and on the safety measures taken to ensure the confidentiality in full compliance to the Applicable Law.
1. CONTROLLER
The Personal Data Controller is EUROSTANDARD whose data are reported on the internet website on Home Page and/or on other web pages therein.
2. PROCESSING PURPOSES
Your personal Data will be processed by EUROSTANDARD for the following purposes:
- a) Purposes strictly functional to the establishment and/or management of the contract, necessary for the management of the relationship with the customer and connected to the fulfillment of legal obligations by the company, which acts as Data Controller;
- b) Purposes strictly connected to the management of the contractual agreement with the Customer;
- c) Purposes related to the exchange of communications concerning the economic, administrative and commercial activities of the company (telephone, chat, social media, social networks, mail, email);
- d) Purposes of studies and market research (for this purpose explicit consent is required from the interested party;
- e) Purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in a court or whenever the courts exercise their judicial functions;
- f) Purposes related to the dispatch of commercial information related to services offered, the conduct of surveys aimed at improving the quality of services provided;
- g) Purposes related to the provision of access to the reserved area for downloading and sending documents and confidential contents.
3. PROCESSING METHODS
Your personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller by paper, automatic or electronic means.
4. DATA PROVISION
The Data provision for the purposes shown at point 2 are voluntarily provided. Refusal of authorization, if required, will lead to the inability to perform the services and obligations of the contract.
5. DATA RETENTION
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to process the request. 6. DATA COMMUNICATION
The processing of your data is carried out directly by employees of the Data Controller, in their capacity as designated subjects and/or any other subjects (internal or external) identified by the Controller for the execution of the purposes referred to this policy document.
7. RIGHTS
At any time, you may exercise the right, according to the articles from 15 up to 22 of the UE Regulation n. 2016/679:
- · to ask for the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your own personal data;
- · to obtain information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
- · to obtain the correction and cancellation of data;
- · to obtain the limitation of the data processing;

· to oppose in whole or in part the processing of personal data at any time
- a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection;
- b) to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
- Where applicable, you also have the right under the articles 16‐21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to processing restriction, right to portability of contractual and browsing data, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority;
- · to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revoke;
- · to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory Authority in case of unlawful processing of the data.

8. UPDATING/AMENDMENTS
EUROSTANDARD reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the Applicable Law. EUROSTANDARD will inform you about such changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the site. So please consult it regularly.
