WE HAVE 60 YEARS
OF HISTORY
The entrepreneurial adventure began in 1965 when Antonio Zeni founded EUROSTANDARD SPA, originally engaged in the production of high-density polyethylene bottle crates. It was the first Company to do it in Italy, allowing to position itself as a leader in the sector.
In 1984, following a sudden decline in sales after PET bottles entered the market, the entrepreneur decided to convert his company, switching to the production of polyethylene fittings (later also PE) for pressure pipes for the distribution of water, gas, and industrial fluids.
Once again, he was the first to do so in Italy.
OUR JOURNEY
Antonio Zeni establishes EUROSTANDARD SPA in Val di Fiemme (in the province of Trento), a Company specialized in the production of plastic bottle crates
EUROSTANDARD obtains ISO 9001 certification and is among the first Italian companies
The Company begins its internationalization process and the first subsidiary Company is established EUROSTANDARD CHILE SA in Santiago/Chile
The Company continues to expand its presence on foreign markets and establishes a new subsidiary Company EUROMEGA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia
EUROSTANDARD starts a new development phase to consolidate the Baltic, Scandinavian, and Russian markets and SIA EUROSTANDARD NORDIC is established in Riga/Latvia
Together with all our Stakeholders, we celebrate 50 years of EUROSTANDARD
EUROSTANDARD obtains ISO 45001 certification
This will be the start year of construction of the new production plant in Molina di Fiemme
It is the year of diversification, with the start of production of polyethylene fittings for pressure pipes for the distribution of water, gas, and fluids in general
EUROSTANDARD continues to grow and in January 1995 moves to new production facility in Tesero, in Lago Industrial Zone
EUROSTANDARD obtains ISO 14001 certification
The EUROLAB Testing Laboratory obtains its first accreditation certificate according to ISO/IEC 17025
In June 2014, the EUROSTANDARD Automated Logistics Center comes into operations in Molina di Fiemme (in the province of Trento)
The Company presence on international markets continues with the opening of its subsidiary Company EUROSTANDARD AFRICA (PTY) LTD in Durban/South Africa
The way towards fully integrating sustainability principles continues with the drafting of the first Sustainability Report and the setting of strategic sustainability targets
